FrogPubs is a dynamic, expanding, profitable company of 230 people who generate sales of over 15m€ per year by providing excellent customer service in our seven microbreweries, restaurants & bars. We want to become bigger, and better at what we do. To achieve this aim we need highly-skilled, motivated, passionate managers, committed to developing themselves, their staff, and the company.

Pub Managers

You will be in charge of managing and growing a multi-million euro business. This is a hands-on, operational role, in which success will depend on your ability to consistently meet objectives and maintain your unit in perfect operational condition. You will have to be honest and pragmatic in your management style and will need to be comfortable giving frequent, direct, and fair feedback and directions to your staff. Strong planning & prioritization skills and rigour will be crucial.
You must have previous operational experience in managing teams to deliver excellent service whilst achieving budgeted sales, margins and staff costs. You will be working a number of nights, week-ends and bank holidays. The ability to communicate effectively in both English and French is essential. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a performance-based salary of between 35K€ & 55K€ per year.

Shift Managers

You will be responsible for running services in a microbrewery, restaurant & bar, with particular emphasis on sales and customer service. You should have experience of hospitality work, have valid working papers, speak fluent French and English, and be motivated to become a Pub Manager over a training / development period of two to three years max. We provide intelligent training covering all aspects of management, including organisational skills and team leadership. You will need to demonstrate that you can get results through setting and achieving objectives.
These jobs are full-time and require you to make a prior commitment of at least two years. Shift Managers are paid according to a combination of individual training, development performance and sales results, and can expect to earn between 24k€ & 31k€ per year.
